Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

A $30.00 fee will automatically be added to your next appointment when less than 4 business hours is provided for either cancellation or rescheduling the appointment. No-shows will be charged the full rate.

We understand at times life happens, and you will find us more than reasonable in such cases. 

These appointment times are both valuable and limited, we ask that you respect your therapist time as well. 

Due to tightly booked schedules, if you arrive late for your appointment the RMT will provide treatment for the remaining session time only unless more time is available.
